Write to this address whenever you need support, have a question, or want to report something that is not working. FileNova support will never ask for your password, authentication codes, or API keys by email.

Open the relevant tool page to review its supported file formats, upload limits, processing options, and result steps. Validation messages on the page identify unsupported or oversized files.
Account access
Use the login page for an existing account or the signup page to create one. Authentication errors are shown on those pages without exposing private account information.
Reporting a problem
