Detect the fields
FileNova reads the PDF's interactive form fields directly. If there are none, the leading pages are rendered and sent to Gemini to locate visible input boxes and their labels.

Every detected field is listed with a clear label, its type, and its page. You type each value — AI may clarify a cryptic label using the text around it, but never fills a value.

Honest limitations

Privacy & your data
Forms often contain sensitive personal information, so the design is strict about data flow: the PDF is processed in memory, page images are sent to the configured AI provider only for field detection (never for values), your answers travel straight from your browser to the fill step, and nothing is stored after the completed PDF is returned with a no-store policy. Field contents and values are never logged.

Does the AI fill in my personal information?
No — and it never will. The AI's only jobs are detecting where fields are on the page and suggesting clearer labels for cryptic field names. Every value in the finished PDF is typed by you and shown for review before anything is generated. FileNova does not invent names, addresses, or dates.
What is the difference between interactive fields and visually detected fields?
Interactive (AcroForm) fields are real PDF form fields — text boxes, checkboxes, dropdowns — and your values are written directly into them, keeping the form's own behavior. Forms without those fields are analyzed visually with AI: input boxes and lines are located on the rendered page and your values are drawn exactly there. Both keep the original layout untouched.
What if detection finds nothing?
The tool tells you plainly instead of guessing. Forms with no interactive fields and no clearly visible input boxes cannot be auto-filled — you can use PDF Editor to place text manually anywhere on the page.
Can I edit my answers before downloading?
Yes. Detection only builds the field list; nothing is written to the PDF until you press 'Fill the form'. After generating, you can go back, edit any value, and re-generate as many times as you like.
